1. Unconditional Credential Privacy Guarantee

Your documents and credentials go nowhere without your permission. Quantum will never release, transmit, or share your licenses, certifications, CV, or application file with any agency or facility without your explicit, one-click authorization for each specific application packet.

2. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

• Account Data: Name, clinical title, email address, phone number, and specialty for account setup and calendar notifications.
• Calendar Subscriptions: Calendar feed URL links provided by you (e.g. QGenda) strictly to parse your shifts and check for double-booking overlaps.
• Credential Documents: State licenses, DEA certifications, board certifications, and life support badges stored in your encrypted vault.
• Expense Logging Data: Receipt photographs and amounts uploaded by you for contract expense tracking.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All uploaded files, credentials, and API traffic are protected with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES 256-bit encryption at rest.

4. Inquiries & Data Rights
